Doula Services Include:
Pregnancy Support
Birth education, emotional, and educational support throughout pregnancy, evidence-based nutrition and wellbeing education, answering questions
Connection to trusted community resources
Personalized assistance planning for labor, birth and postpartum
Labor & Birth Support- I meet you where you are at, whether that be at a hospital, home, or birthing center
Calm, continuous guidance throughout labor, suggestions on methods to get baby into optimal birthing position, labor and birth positioning ideas, including for births with epidurals, (spinning babies certified)
Hands-on comfort and support (massage, counter pressure), or teaching partner how to comfort the birthing parent
Advocacy and help understanding choices and options,
Postpartum Support (0–12 Months)-
Newborn feeding support (CLC certified)
Assistance with latching and feeding challenges
Newborn sleep and infant care education
Emotional support and birth recovery
Family support and bonding
On call support: You can call, email, and text me to answer questions and receive a timely response. Beginning two weeks before your due date, I am available to you 24/7 until your baby’s birth
Apple Health/Medicaid Clients- $0 cost- Start receiving services at any point in your journey,
from Pregnancy-12months postpartum
Services Include-
One 2 hour prenatal intake visit
Continuous Birth/Labor support
Up to 20 hours of Prenatal/Postpartum support, (based on your individual and family needs)
One comprehensive postpartum visit
Lactation counseling/ infant feeding support
Connection and referrals to community resources

Health Insurance Reimbursement - If offered by your employer or health insurance plan, I have all the required certifications and documentation
